Handle with care. This is double-wall glass — lighter and more elegant than steel, and less forgiving of knocks. Treat it like glassware, because that is what it is.
Let the bottle cool before washing, and avoid sudden changes in temperature. Going straight from very hot to cold water is what cracks glass.
Not for the microwave, oven, freezer or dishwasher.
Use a soft cloth or sponge. Skip abrasive scourers and harsh cleaners — they scratch and dull the glass over time.
Remove the tea strainer and lid before washing, and let every part dry fully before reassembling.
